 Orders within the UK over £400 get FREE SHIPPING which is automatically applied at checkout.

For orders within the UK we require 7-14 business days for the processing and delivery of our custom handmade wigs. We do have ready to ship items that are available and can be shipped much faster please email for clarity before placing an order if uncertain. For international orders we require 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery.

Once order is ready for shipping we  ship with Royal mail or a courier service DHL FEDEX using their tracked and signed for services.

Should there be no delays this service should take a maximum of 3 days.

For our READY TO SHIP items if order is placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday it will be shipped that same day for delivery the next day via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 guaranteed service for customers within the UK. For International orders made on Ready To Ship Items please select the shipping service you prefer to determine how fast a delivery you require.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order. Should there be any delays please contact Courier company first (Royal mail, DHL FEDEX). Should you miss your delivery please contact royal mail to have it redelivered. Should your item go missing with Royal mail please contact them for compensation as we will always disclose the exact value of your order to ensure you can be compensated to the fullest. In the event that your order goes missing and Royal mail refuses to compensate you, whilst we accept NO responsibility for items lost, delayed or damaged in transit should you need our assistance with being compensated by courier company please get in touch with us via any of our CONTACT options.

A return label will be placed on packages purely as a safety precaution. This address should NOT BE USED to return wigs or any item to us without our prior consent to you sending an item back to us for a refund or exchange. Any item returned to us without our permission should come from Royal mail only in the event that they are unable to deliver a customers order. Once item is returned to us we will contact customer to discuss postage so that item can be posted back to them. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for undelivered items that get returned to us by Royal Mail.

Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms before placing an order with us as your acceptance of these terms and conditions/policies is confirmed once your order is completed/made.

We do ship internationally and require an additional 7 days for order to be processed and shipped.

For all of our wigs that are handmade CUSTOM  items which we make to order  we require a processing, shipping and delivery time of 7-14 business days. Whilst we always deliver sooner than this estimated timeframe we state it as the expected processing time so that clients are aware of long it might take them to receive their order especially if any unforeseen delays should occur. Ensure that your delivery address is accurate at the time of your order being placed or spot any errors within 48 hours of your order being placed so that we can assist you with updating your delivery details. Delivery and Billing address MUST MATCH at all times and should they ever differ we will require proof of identification before your order can be processed and shipped.

We do not encourage or accept any fraudulent activity and for that purpose all orders being made should have matching Billing and Delivery addresses. If these addresses do not match we will contact you for identity verification to prove that you are who you say you are and are authorised to make purchases with payment method being used. Your order will be placed on hold and will appear as pending until this matter is sorted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of the items we sell , for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on handmade wigs as they are all custom handmade items made specifically for each customer when an order is placed. We also do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on machine made wigs either also due to hygienic reasons. We DO offer refunds or exchanges on bundles, frontals and hair products sold separately if they are returned to us in the exact packaging and condition they were delivered- BRAND NEW. You have 14days starting from receipt of item to return items that qualify for an exchange or refund.

Should you receive a wig from us that is completely different to what you ordered please contact us for an exchange or refund as in this case we will be happy to offer one due to this being our error.

We do not accept responsibility for any packages damaged/lost in transit, stolen due to you missing your delivery or delivered to the wrong address due to you submitting the wrong details at checkout.

We do not accept responsibility for any packages undelivered due to incorrect address being given at checkout or due to you missing your delivery so please ensure you track your package and will be able to receive it and ensure that information given at checkout is accurate. 

Should their be any extensive delays with the delivery of your package please contact Royal mail with your tracking number at hand.

At checkout the means by which you decide to pay for your order will result in you engaging with that platform on their page where you will agree to their terms and conditions too. We follow all data protection regulations that are legally set for the protection of your data.
